Get Ripped Abs with Mike Geary – The Truth About Abs – Scam or Real – Review

So, are you ready for my uncensored review of what I really thought about Truth about Abs book by Mike Geary.

Note that this is a review, if  you’re looking for the Truth About Abs website then click here.
Why am I writing this? Well, when I was thinking about buying Mike Geary’s Truth about Abs, there weren’t many real reviews around. So I thought I would write one quickly to help anyone who are in the same position that I was.

Be warned, I’ll be pointing out and going into both good and bad points, so if that’s something you might not want to hear then you may as well leave now.

Ok, so this is my The Truth about Abs review; is this book a scam?

I’ve spent a lot of time at the gym training. I love cardiovascular and running and complement this with weight routines to build and tone particular muscle groups. I’ve tried many routines to get ripped six pack abs.

Though even after following many supposed six pack abs workout and systems for men systems I found that the six pack I wanted kept escaping me. I needed to know the truth about where I was gong wrong to get my six pack abs and was there a get abs fast routine that I had not found yet.  So I was very excited when I came across this book by Mike Geary.

The goal of this book is to guide you; to present you with a path to follow with the goal being perfect abs. The good news is that Mike Geary does an excellent jobs putting his points across in an easy and understandable manner.

There are 140 pages of great quality content covering all the basics to follow for the right way to getting perfect abs. It also contains all of the procedures to use for getting a six pack in a detailed manner.

The guidelines cover both nutrition and workout. It has also been tried and tested over the years. Be warned though, this book does not provide the reader with any kid of short cut to getting abs. Its aim is to give readers a healthy approach which is sure to last.

The book contains some truths about the diet required to build and maintain abs; its not all just about exercise; it also includes some meal combinations which it guarantees to keep you healthy enough to maintain your abs.

On the negative side; the books doesn’t have an appealing aesthetic value (but many books in this field don’t) and the author does sometimes get ahead of himself using abbreviations before explaining them which can be frustrating.

The conclusion I have drawn up is that I believe getting and maintaining a six pack is an achievable feat and that this book is a true gem. For me this maybe the best how to get ripped abs guide I have read.
